The traditional farming values of the Ginger Pig are represented by the materials and the graphics we chose for the Yorkshire and London stores; screen-printed brown paper bags, waxed paper, hand-written chutney labels and in the meat counter, individual cuts tell more of their origins by displaying the breed and background of the animal.
